All insurance claims are processed through a 3rd party billing service.
The billing service and AFOAFC require a working credit card to remain active on file to collect co-pays in a timely manner.
Clients are responsible to verify insurance benefits.
Clients are responsible to notify provider of any changes to coverage at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid delays in billing.
Any delays with billing will result in pausing care to avoid large balances.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds granted for services or materials purchased. Payment rendered is for time spent with provider in session.
No provider can guarantee outcomes as this is an individual and varied circumstance.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Life happens to everyone. There will be times where either client or provider will need to cancel and reschedule a session at the last minute. At this time there is no fee connected to cancellations when communicated to writer.
Not attending appointments without communicating to provider is a "no show" appointment. Not communicating to writer about need to cancel either before, during or within brief time after missed appointment will be considered a no show.
There is no fee attached to no show appointments however, 2 no shows will result in discharge from care.
